ASUS Notebook G60 Series Wireless Card and Speaker problem

Hello, I have problems with my Asus Notebook G60 -
1) Anytime I restart my computer, or it goes to sleep, it shows that wireless capability is turned of, as of my understanding nothing else couldn't fix it, but uninstalling the driver from Device Manager > Network Adapters > Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter and re-installing it again!
I need a help what to do with it, because of that I do not turn off my computer sad
2) Second problem is Speakers (((I had speaker problem before, when no sound from speakers but earphones work. This was under a warranty, so I had to send my notebook back to Asus and they repaired it.)))
Now left speaker doesn't work, I have done sound test, Nothing from left speaker but I can barely hear any sound from right speaker when I am testing the left one, when I test the right speaker it works great. Any suggestions on this one? I guess I have tried all windows software to fix it, no way sad I have Realtek HD Audio)

Thank you, please help me with this, as of I don't have the warranty anymore, and as soon as I have the money I am switching to Mac

I try 2 things. Check the maker's web page for drivers and install the latest they offer. If that fails and I have no other clues to tell me to do anything else (such as the owner is a Torrent user, there was a trojam, etc.) then we save the files then restore the machine to its factory OS install.

Thanks Bob, actually Restore is the last thing I am willing to do, I have the latest driver from ASUS website.
I have a lot's of programs installed and that would be pain for me to redo it again!

I think there should be some advance methods to mess with it and fix it via CMD, or Bios. I guess someone will help me.

Usually available when I have the machine in front of me. Over the forum I am left with simpler repair methods.
