Hello to all ..
I have a hp g60-445dx laptop that is almost new and when i plug in the dc charger.. the light comes on to say i have power and as i check the little symbol next to the lower right bottom corner it says.. plugged in not charging as well.. It will do this off and on for a while and seems like it is working to charge, but is not constant...then the light on the front of the laptop{charge symbol} will come on and show it charging for a min. then go off again...This will keep happening to me until i finally turn the laptop off..then it seems to work alot better and charge.. The light will still go off and on 1-2 times but will charge better if i do that then with it on using it..
Has anyone figured this out or had this same problem.. I have also wiggled the plug a little and the light never goes out..so i have constant power..theres no short there..but still a problem while i use it..

Do these symptoms occur when your adapter is plugged in and the battery is taken out? I work for HP and you mentioned the unit is practically new.
