Satellite L755-S5216 problems

Hello, I am having problems with a relatives laptop. Its a Satellite L755-S5216

symptoms:

Laptop turns on, but black screen.
CDrom spins for few secs

HDMI and External monitor still shows blank screen.
Lights blink but nothing giving error messages.


Removed bat, memory, and hard drive, still persists.

nothing shows up. all screens are blank. even with external connections.

If it was the lcd wouldnt external conections work? could it be bad mob aswell?

any infor would be apreciated.
