my new dell inspiron n4110 working slow and bluetooth not wo

hey guys i just bought a new dell inspiron n4110 laptop which i customized from dell and bought it online.
now my bluetooth is not working and my lappy is working too slow
i have 4gb of ram nd 2811 mb of graphics and 5oo gb of hdd

1. Go back to factory conditions (system recovery) via the Dell prescribed method (most likely: starting with ctrl-F11 early during boot).
2. If still issues, call them for warranty. If no issues, it's solved.

By the way, what is "too slow"?
