HP Netbook wont turn on just see lightning bolts. HELP ME!!!

Husband is at airport and cant get netbook to powere up he says he just seeing lightning bolts. Does anyone have any idea what this problem is?

HP doesn't show any document where a failure is "lightning bolts" on the screen. Time to arrange for repair.

The lighting bolt icon typically represents charging the computer when it is constantly lit. If this icon flashes, it may mean the battery is nearly exhausted or dead. Plug into the charger. The lightning bolt should illuminate as a steady light. Turn on the computer. If the light then flashes, you probably have a hardware problem with the computer.
