Is this a good deal?

I've currently listed a few laptops on Craigslist looking to trade for a gaming laptop. I currently have an offer for a Dell XPS M1730. It has an Intel Core 2 Duo T9500 2.6 GHz Processor, 4 gigs of ram (max,) and a NVIDIA SLI Dual GeForce 8700M GT 512MB GDDR3 TurboCache video card, also running Windows Vista (ew.) I know this was released in 2007, quite a bit ago, but I was wondering if these specs were enough to run most modern games (Bioshock Infinite, Saints Row The Third, possibly Skyrim.) I've tried looking up benchmarks and reviews for it, but most were made in 2008, so they were pretty good for the time. I really have no idea how good/bad these specs are by todays standards, so thorough answers would be appreciated.
