Help with buying a new laptop

I need help finding a suitable laptop

I'm after the cheapest laptop I can find that has an Intel Core i5 processor. The ram isn't important as long as it can be upgraded to minimum 8gb. It also must have a semi-decent graphics, preferably a dedicated graphics card that can be removed and replaced if needed.

As i said I'm looking for the cheapest laptop with these specs so I'm not that bothered about aesthetics of the laptop. However 13-15 inch screen is preferable.

Also, I wouldn't mind buying it reconditioned as long as it is by the manufacture and has a warranty.
