Touch Screen Laptop

I am looking to get a touch screen laptop (doesn't have to be an ultrabook) for around $800. I am looking for the best model for performance (pretty sure none come with i7).

I wish I could give names of ones that I have looked at but I just cannot remember them all.

I plan to use it for basic functions. I want it to be fast on the internet (be able to have multiple facebook games open at once). I know thats not a huge request..it's what I want tho.

I am pretty sure none of these come with a digitizer..but if one does that would be a plus (not a deal breaker tho). Anyways...what do you guys recommend? and Why? Thanks!
