Acer Windows 8 laptop with a 15.6" screen and a 500 gb HD but it doesn't meet the convertible requirement.

Please advise.

I have Redefined my needs to the absolute minimum. Anything more would be better.

Needed:
Screen 14 Inches.
2 USB Ports and LAN Port
Touch Screen
Convertible Screen that can fold as a stand
256 GB Hard Drive

Can do without:
DVD Burner

I give Small Presentations and Program Network Equipment.
I need to do both from the same laptop and will purchase a Presentation Laptop that stands up and is big enough to see by 5 people.
Is their no such device that meets my needs? I can't be the only person that wants this in a laptop.
