Which should i choose between these laptops?

Hi im upgrading from pentium4 desktop so all these are great for me, but which one is the best? All are in the same price range of what i want to spend €450

I think I'd go with the Asus

I know the Asus to be a very reliable well built brand. That I3 chip has 2 cores and 4 threads, runs at 2.3 GHz and has no hyperthreading. Since you didn't give the model no. for the I5, there's no way for us to compare the I3 vs the I5. The I5s all have hyperthreading I believe, and are faster in most cases than the I3.

Correction - I3 has no TURBOBOST

It does obviously have hyperthreading since it has 4 threads with 2 cores. All the I5s I've seen do have turboboost, which gives you added speed when you need it.

The i5 would be my choice after I see the LCD and keyboard as those are personal choice areas.
