Cheap gaming laptop

Hello everyone,

So i'm looking for a cheap gaming laptop (like many others I KNOW).

I love to play Minecraft and i now play it at 9 FPS on the absolute minimum settings.
So my goal in this is to be able to play most games smooth at medium settings.

My pc specs now are:
CPU: Intel Core i5
GPU: Intel HD Graphics (this is the problem i think)
RAM: 4GB
Windows 7

So I want a laptop that's better than this meaning:
Preferably Intel Core i7
GPU: I don't know... Any advice?
RAM: At least 8GB
Windows 8 (is this a good choice?)
And if i choose Windows 8 then with touchscreen.
Also i like the 17.3" screen i have now so that would be fine.

Building a PC is NOT an option.

Who has some advice for me what to buy?

And i don't really mean cheap but as cheap as possible,
i know you can't get a 'cheap' pc for those specs.

So there it is. The i5 is a great choice and since you are on a budget, you know why you can skip the i7.
