Surface RT or Vaio T13 Touch ?

Hello,
I'm a student and i'm looking for something that will be good for studying and for entertainment. Touch enabled .... is for me priority, so should i buy surface rt or vaio t13 touch ? Or maybe i should w8 ... but for what ?

That is, are you ready to get all your apps from the Microsoft Store and no where else? And are you ready to forget any software title you own today?

Many are unaware what RT is. I call it a Restricted Tablet.

Bob as I wouldn't but ARM based tablet with a MS operating system YET. I recently purchased an Acer V5-V571. It's like the cheapest touchscreen and has a backlit keyboard. This model has the i3 and there is model with the i5 for a little over $ 200 more.

I bought this machine with a 14 MS mouse and i rarely use the touchscreen. I basically only use it to bring up the charms menu and everything else I use the mouse. I spend 85% of my time on the desktop and not running panel apps although I do download them. Mostly I use the panel apps for news and sports and my fantasy football on Sundays.
