Buying a Gaming Laptop on a Budget

I am looking to buy a Laptop with a maximum price of $475. I want it to have at least an i5 processor with 6 to 8 gigs of ram and the HDD size doesn't matter. It should also be able to play something with upscale graphics along the lines of Skyrim, although it doesn't need to be on max settings. I was looking through Walmart's website, and found this one: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Acer-Mesh-Gray-15.6-Aspire-AS5733-6410-Laptop-PC-with-Intel-Core-i5-480M-Processor-and-Windows-7-Home-Premium/19714380 and wanted to know if it would be enough for playing newer games or at least for playing WoW on max settings with no lag. If any of you could help me find a gaming laptop with specifications along these lines or could tell me if the one I linked would be sufficient it would be greatly appreciated.

But you have a basic issue or spec that needs changing. No PC today plays games with no lag. There is always some lag.

What I find interesting is this "no lag" request seems to be asked more and more often. What article did folk read to think there is a no lag PC?
