Which brand

I am wondering if I should just let Office Depot switch out this Toshiba Satellite for me or maybe go with another brand. My problem I have with the touchpad no longer working is a hardware issue according to Toshiba techs after doing a lot of troubleshooting on the issue.

I really thought I had a dandy but maybe I should go for another brand. Any advice would be appreciated, Denise

It happens to the best of them, if it is under warranty and they will swap, why not. Toshiba is generally pretty good hardware, I own two myself and have had great results.
