Laptop buying advice forum: WIFI SIGNAL RECEPTION AND BLUETOOTH PROBLEM...!!

wifi signal shows different router signals. signal strength keeps on increasing & decreasing when i sit only at one spot and sometimes the router is disconnected due to weak signal. my friend has dell xps 15 and there is no such problem in that laptop. there is atleast a difference of 2-3signal bars between any router we connect. i bought this laptop in september and facing a problem since then. i called hp and they told me update driver and it showed some improvement but hp connection manager showed windows mobility center disable my wifi.. but in network it showed routers with good signal strength.. i had to roll back my driver because speed decreased since then of internet as well as laptop.
motorola has installed an application along with its driver through which i can send and receive my files and my OS shows nothing when i try to send files without using motorola app. and i clicked on add a device in devices and printers and it displayed make sure hardware is discoverable. nokia pc suit shows no bluetooh hardware found. i can only communicate with other devices using motorola app. only not with options provided my OS.

Not a good story like "It worked until I installed a torrent software."

For now all I can suggest is to use System Restore to a day it worked.

About detecting Blutooth things. For such to be found we turn on discovery in the devices but this is not the question I see up top. Let's work one issue at a time.
