Is this laptop any good?

Please look at the link. I am a 15 year old student and I was thinking about buying this laptop. I'm not really sure if 2GB RAM is good enough? I use my computer for many hours everyday. I would like to make videos for youtube, facebook smoothly, watch films both from the internet and from DVDs, make my own CDs and DVDs, play games like sims etc. as well as listen to music and chat on msn. However most importantlty i want the laptop to be fast so i can easily surf the internet and do my coursework. Will this laptop be any good for me and if not can you recommend any other laptop from the ebuyer or pcworld website under 450? Also, is Windows 7 better than Vista? Thank you

But what are we comparing this to?

This is your average (repeat AVERAGE) value laptop. GAMERS will be unhappy with it.
