So, your going to need lots of GPU power.....which would probably be best achieved with dual graphics chips, such as a hybrid configuration with one onboard and one dedicated GPU, or a SLI configuration with two dedicated ones. Have you looked at Alienware laptops? I think you can get them with a SLI configuration. Also, the MacBook Pro 15" and 17" both have a hybrid nVidia graphics system. All of these machines also have options to have a SSD installed instead of a regular hard disk, for faster data access, and support for up to 8GBs of RAM. I'm not sure what other brand names have a dual GPU configuration option, but I'm sure there are others.
Of course, any machines like this are going to be really expensive, so if your on a budget, then a desktop would be much better. You could customize it as much as you wanted.
