my internal mike quit working& also now i cant be heard on my bluetooth headset(i can hear fine)i have been checking all over& nothing has worked so far.seems like a common problem but still cant figure out if it is a setting issue,hardware or software.everything worked a couple of weeks ago!!

If it's software then System Restore to when it worked should fix it. If it's hardware I suggest you get some USB Headphone and Mic replacement.

tried system restore but did not work! guess i will have to buy a headset i can plug in.thanks for your come-back anyway!
