Windows 7 start up.

I would like to know/ask how to fix the start up on windows 7 if i dont do anything it says insert proper boot deviece. If i go to the bios i select my ssd and i boots up. anyone know how to make it setup ssd load. or is it in the bios boot priority?

If the ssd is new and blank.
