Windows Loopback Adapter "Unindentified Network"

I need the adapter so I can play the games that my GhostOne bot hosts in Warcraft 3.
Tried deactivating the firewall.Nada!

I'm a noob in networking....HEELP!

No solution I know of. The Windows Loopback Adapter here reports "Unindentified Network" and I have no issues so that's not a problem as far as I can tell.

Maybe you'll need to add a lot more detail.
