Manage updates with the Download App
I recently acquired a SC101 network hard drive and installed the program for it. Now, my computer keeps stalling at the shutting down screen (after the desk top closes, just the blue screen). Does anyone have any experience with something like this happening?

No, not yet. I plan on doing that, but I figured I'd post and see if anyone had advice first
My advice is to remove it and see if it fixes it.

Why? It was utter crap. It ran hot and drives would die every year. So I put it on Freecycle and it was gone. Later they asked me why I gave it away.

PS. http://support.netgear.com/product/SC101 writes "end of life, service unavailable" which is an understatement.

I didn't pay a cent for it. I read up how it ***** up every once and a while. Just testing it out.

If you did, you would know the issue. Also the fact the drivers were for XP and even there it was a piece of crap. I forgot that thing until my second reply then I went "Dang, that thing!"
A little history of this model would have you tell them what to do next and not lead off with sync or such.
