Is this website legit for buying Windows 7 Home retail?

I've been googling around trying to find where it's cheapest to buy Windows 7 Home retail and I found this website called Discount Mountain where it was selling for around $140. I wanted to know if this website was legit and if anyone's bought from it before. I've never heard of it before myself so I have no clue on it. It's selling windows 7 for the cheapest and if it is legit I'm definitely going to buy from it.

I see amazon.com is at 167.25 today so no big savings.

I rarely see such a site that doesn't scream scam or run away but they have a physical address noted in their page which is rare to never happens for scam sites.

I have no reason to buy there given it's not much more at newegg or amazon.

Bouncing Price

The price keeps kinda bouncing on the website but it's usually around $140 and I think $20 less is a great saving >.>. Where ever I can get it the cheapest I'm trying for, I really need to save my money. If I didn't need this for my new computer I'd say forget it lol.

Building a new one, was way cheaper then trying to buy a nice computer, mine will be like 100 times better then what I was considering, just need to get the OS.

I will suggest you dont buy window 7 from sites that you are not sure.Better you will buy from Microsoft site.
