Installing Mac OS X 10.8 on windows 7

Hi,
I am using a pc with the following specifications:
OS:: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
RAM:: 3.00 GB
PROCESSOR::Intel Pentium 4 3.00 GHz
I want to know whether is it recommended for me to install Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion with a virtual box & if it is recommended I want to know how to install it.
Any help would be of great use.Thanks in advance.

Given your CPU, no, I wouldn't even think about it. The rather antiquated hardware would be the primary issue, compounded by the fact that starting with 10.7, Mac OS X went to an all 64-bit setup. So while it is possible to run a 64-bit guest OS on a 32-bit host OS, it adds considerable overhead and is not recommended unless there is absolutely no other viable option.
