Add/Remove, Search on bottom of Menu for google. I went one step further, went into the registry thru Start-Run type in regedit and click OK. Top is Edit, click on that for a dropdown menu: it will say Find, type in google, F3 or Enter to keep searching. right click it all and delete unless there are other items on the right. delete the top on left. When you see Finished Searching, x out of the registry. I have IE10. I had to take out Favorites bar and selected Menu bar. Favorites is there, now go to http://www.google.com and save the page to Favorites. I had a lot of items listed and all got deleted in Search after I added Google and made it my default. BIng, Ask, Yahoo, eBay and others were removed on IE9. My default is still Google, since there are two Bings on my screen, I didn't need a third. Now I have both. Darrell
