Windows live Mail and HTML

I am using Windows 7 and Windows live Mail. Everything has worked fine for almost a year now but lately whenever I get an e-mail from a company that has HTML in it the page never fully loads. All I get as they blank space where the picture of the product should be and the usual writing below it saying what the product is. I hope I am describing this correctly. If somebody could explain to me how to fix this I would really appreciate it. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi,

Ensure that these options are not selected. Here are the images: Options, Security tab
To access the security tab, click the blue button >> options >> safety options >> click Security tab.
