Cant log into windows 7

After recieving a major error I was forced to reinstall my operating system. I used Todo EaseUS backup software to recover the files and information onto the new operating system. When it completed and prompted me to log on I clicked on the icon and it said "Welcome" a half second later it displayed "Logging Off".The computer works in safe mode. My guess is something in my user configuration files are screwing it up.what should I do to fix this

Next time in Safe Mode create a new account.

Then move to your new account. The issue is called a CORRUPT PROFILE and Microsoft knows about it. It's an old issue and the fix is not really a fix in my view but it's what they tell us to do next.
