Registration Pop Up

How do you handle the registration pop up asking you to register when you've already registered the device? I had to re-install my system and I had registered before. I didn't see an option to not register, I know I saw "register later".

If you mean the Windows activation with Microsoft, just activate. If you don't you'll get a restricted system after 60 days, and I don't think that's what you want.
