Server Error 554 needs to be fixed.

When I send an email on my Outlook 2010 the email is returned stating: "Server Error 554; Relay Access Denied.

I am using Windows 7 [64 Bit] on a DELL Model N5110.

Could someone please tell me how I might fix this or of a reputable download repair where I could pay to have it repaired?

A server error needs to be fixed by the owner of the server. That's the company that handles your email.

But in this specific case it probably means that you want to send your mail from an another account than you're logged in to. Anyway, the customer service of your mail provider (the one you're logged in to when sending this message) can tell you why it happens and how to prevent it.

It's not an error in your software, it's simply that you use it in a way not supported by the mail provider. So the fix is: do it the right way.

I am able to receive emails.

I am able to send emails to myself.

Sadly I am unable to send emails to anyone using an internet provider other than my own. :((

Then either your ISP has their server configured incorrectly or you're a customer of an ISP that is blacklisted from other email relays because it is known to be friendly to spammers. There are probably a few other possibilities, but the first step would be to talk to your ISP as Kees already suggested. Someone new might have made a change somewhere that threw a spanner in the works, and until someone points it out to them, your ISP won't know.

I won't provide more than the following (it's slightly advanced so you'll get the basics here and from there on, you do more research.)

Try using your gmail account to send but change the reply-to option to where you want them to reply to.
