Action problem with Outlook 2007 and/or Windows 7

Had a power outage while outlook was up and Firefox.
After power back on turned on computer and it was not happy untill petted awhile.
Still one problem remains. Clicking a link in email in outlook gets message action block by a setting on this computer.
I hav looked in my Norton Security and settings look correct to allow. Looked in Malware Bytes and don't see any settings that would block that. Looked in Internet Explorer and all looks right there (may have missed somthing there). Same for FireFox. IE is set as default.
I looked in Windows7 but not sure I looked in all the right places.
Could sure ue some input and guidance.

Problem solved

Don't know why it works but here is what I did.

Tried the Mr. FixIt. Wouldn't install. Got the 2738 error code.
After several trys to fix the 2738 problem I did Google search for HYPER LINK problems and found this site; http://www.timeatlas.com/5_minute_tips/annoyances/outlook_hyperlinks_fail_to_work.
One of his suggestions was to make Internet Explorer defauld browser where he always uses Fire Fox. I set Fire Fox as default (I don't really care which is default but Microsoft stuff seems to like IE best.) and tried the Hyperlink and it worked.Reset to IE and tried again , works.

Your help was invaluable! I would never have thought about the HyperLink term in Google otherwise.
