Some swap in the new parts that are on the weak or old side. If you repeat this combination it's not unlike taking your car to the Daytona 500 track then taking up to 100 MPH. It won't be long till something gives out.
Back to the shop, fix that. Go out again, etc.
In the case of PCs this is not much different. I see a PSU that is being tapped hard and it looks like heat and stress has taken its toll. Now the most likely issue is the PSU and as we swap in a much bigger unit we do all the other work. Cleaning, check for bad caps, replace heat sink compounds, and fans that have slowed down or stopped.
