Picture does show a difference in the position of the program icon in the menu list. It is centered, unlike the other two above and below. Do not see a difference in font type or size here. Nothing to fix.

As long as the shortcut link works as it should, you should be good to go.

IMO, I would leave this alone. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. You could break something else and be in a far worse situation. Computer repairs can run hundreds of dollars, so... Are you ready to do that?

Back up all important files just in case. This should be done routinely in case of disaster where the computer will not boot into Windows.

Narrower select box entry

Appears to be normal. It does appear the first box highlighted is not as tall as the second link highlighted.

Shared Folder Synchronization is a link to more than one right-click option, whereas the second, Graphics Properties, is nested by itself.

Tinkering with settings is not recommended here. If it works fine.... Just checking, any malware symptoms or other issues on your system recently?

Really not sure if there is a problem here.
