Hello,
I just wanted to add that I've tried booting into safe mode with networking, as stated in the instructions from BleepingComputer.com. It takes me to the login screen and I login with no problem. It does take me briefly to the safe mode w/networking screen, but wont let me do anything further. The only thing on the black screen, is "Safe Mode" in all 4 corners of screen, then returns to the white screen, that says to wait 30 seconds...the same white screen that appears with the FBI virus in the first place..
