How do I convert FujiFilm HS25EXR video files to AVCHD?

I'm looking for software to convert my camera's high definition (MOV) files to m2ts (AVCHD) files so I can produce an AVCHD DVD disk to play on a BlueRay video player. I have tried Corel's Movie Factory PRO 7, and Cyberlink's Power Director 10. Both programs crash when the Burn stage is started. I had considerable tech help from Corel, but they gave up, saying the file structure was too new???? Any advice, anyone??? (Fuji does not offer any solutions)

Placing the .MOV file onto a data DVD and see if that plays?

Using Handbrake to convert it to something else and placing that onto a data DVD?

And again, many machines will crash doing such work. It's a sad state of affairs so I can't help folk with machines that are not up to the task.

I have now found that I need to convert the files to HD MPEQ

By converting to HD MPEG Corel's MovieFactory can produce an AVCHD video DVD that plays high definition on a BlueRay player. Problem solved, but thank you for your response, anyhow.
