win 7 - 64 bit web acceleration for dial-up?

Hi;
I had a web accelerator with my dial up isp, but it won't work with my 64 bit computer. My dial up is slow, so it needs an accelerator to open some websites. Is there an accelerator that works with 64 bit that anyone knows of that works?

Did this tool come from your Isp?
If so.....what does your Isp have to say?
I ask this because when I used dialup my Isp offered such a thing.


The internet assumes you have broad band.
Based on the file sizes I see being sent to me. .......I might soon need uber-broad-band.

If your trying to run the internet with dialup I wish you luck.

Years ago.....when I played with this.
The best answer I found was a hardware modem.
Determine the maximum speed your phone line can support with minimum errors and lock the modem to that speed.
Do not let the modem do its search thing........that leads to massive errors and resends.
Thru-put goes into the toilet.
