Help! I accidentally deleted the Atheros Client Installation program with PC Decrapifier and can't find it to reinstall. I have a new Lenovo B575 laptop with Windows 7. I tried doing a system restore twice and it says it didn't complete the process.

Such and maybe more block system restore. I can't explain why they decided to do that. Tell more.

No, it came with a trial McAfee, but I replaced it with AVG and Zone Alarm. I turned off the Windows firewall when I started Zone Alarm. Sure wish I hadn't used the PC Decrapifier...

I wonder if AVG still blocks SR?

http://forums.techguy.org/general-security/710780-solved-resident-shield-avg-blocking.html was long ago but I wonder if it still does that.

http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/research/hints-or-tips/detail.page?DocID=HT073111 seems to list drivers if you can't get SR working.

Thanks for your suggestion. I ended up calling Lenovo help line and got it restored. Seems to be working OK now.
