Please help about Native Screen Resolution

Good day, i recently upgraded my OS from winxp sp3 to win7 pro. Before the upgrade my native screen resolution is 1360x768 and after the upgrade, it has changed to 1900x1080, i dont like the change although it gives me bigger space on my desktop, but it seems everything on my screen are smaller than before. I always design in photoshop and when i make banners, its really small i dont see the details. I tried to change the resolution back to 1360x768 but when i do, its not that sharp, kinda blurry. Please help. Is there a way to ,fix this? Looking forward to your response

That's strange. The native screen resolution, as the name already says, is a property of the screen, not of the OS. So it can't change by changing the OS.
If the resolution 1360x768 doesn't look good, then most likely that wasn't what you used in XP. So what you have to do then: find a better one.

Just some questions now:
1. Laptop or desktop?
2. CRT or LCD?
3. Did the monitor come with a monitor.inf file? Did you use that again?
4. Manufacturer and model?
5. Can you go back to an image of XP?

That is why im wondering. im using the same driver installer for my video card. GeForce 550 GTX. on my other desktop pc, i upgraded from winxp to win7 home basic and the native resolution is just fine, still on 1360x768. Im very sure the recommended native resolution when im still on xp is 1360. It could have been the changing of the OS. Im really hesitant to upgrade to win7 coz i like winxp more but i have no choice, i need my pc to get updates.

2. LED Asus e2240w (Widescreen) 21"
