Internet video stops my computer- Need help

I have a ACER aspire REVO loaded with the latest WIN 7 and updated drivers. It freezes randomdly when watching internet video from any source (all the way from Netflix, to you tube or private sites). When freezed it doies not respond to anything! Monitoring shows CPU with zero activity. Sometimes I can only move the mouse, but it does not respond to any click. I freezes anywhere from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes (while having crazy sound) but then it continues running normally, excuting the clicks done while frozen. It happens very often.
It does not happend when playing video fron hard drive, nor whith any other situation; only when playing streaming video. Video is well buffered. My internet speed is great! Could somebody help me out? Thanks a lot in advance.

Just to add more info:
I have tried all the tips from Fix-it, can't find anything on even logs.
Problen happens either using Firefox, Internet explorer or Google Crome
This is my configuration:
Intel Atom CPU 330 @ 1.60GHz
4 GB RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, with minimun features activated
NVIDIA ION graphic/display adapter
Atheros AR5B91 wireless Adapter connected @ 150 Mbps
Any help will be really appreciated

1. DISABLE FLASH HARDWARE ACCELERATION (use google to find out more.)
2. Use the supplied OS. I can't find Acer's document on how to install Windows.
