But I don't use Internet Explorer but ---> OTHER BROWSERS.

Oh, I see. Good question... I used to use Netscape Navigator and much preferred it to IE.. but just got used to IE over the years.

On the Vista 64 bit computer that cannot view videos online, you have two options;

1] On YouTube where the video should be playing, right click the video area and select "Settings". Remove the option to "Enable hardware acceleration".

See if that works. If not,

2] Uninstall Flash using Adobe's dedicated Flash uninstaller, reboot the computer, then revisit Adobe to reinstall Flash. Their uninstall from here; http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Be sure to reboot, (restart) the computer after the u8ninstall and before reinstalling, as this updates Windows.
