Looking for a way to archive resumes, search by keyword?

Hi there,

I am looking for a way to archive and store submitted resumes/cover letters (most likely in folders) on the computer with the ability to search by tags or keywords? For example, if an office says they would like to look for someone with "Communications" experience, I want to be able to type in "Communications" and find every resume categorized as that displayed.

Is there I can do this using what Windows 7 already has going on, or is there a free "third-party" way to go about this?

That's a two part question.

No to the first part and third party free could be the Google Desktop Search tool.
Sorry but I don't have a tutorial handy on its use.

Google Desktop Search is that Google retracted it in September 2011, as they told in http://googledesktop.blogspot.nl/

There might be an old version available somewhere to download, but I didn't look for it. But when I used it, I didn't find it had obvious advantages above Windows Search.

I'd remove Copernic as we have members reporting some heavy hard to remove adware. DocFetcher looks close.
