Printer not working SAMSUNG ML-1860 Help Please!

My printer is not printing. Everything seems to be perfectly fine (ink, paper, port plugged in) and the status of the Printer Spooler says it is Started and Running (Services). I did a Windows diagnostic on it and it says that nothing's wrong with it.
Do you know what's wrong with it or if there is anything I can do?
Please help!

Does the printer print a test page when you use only the hardware controls on the printer itself? Google it if you need directions.

If it prints a test page on its own, the printer hardware is fine, and you have a software issue. If not, then the printer is pretty much done for.
