trojan horse.psw.delf.3.E

my friends pc has been infected with a trojan. I've ran scans using AVG Free & Malwarebyes. They both detected the Trojan Horse PSW.Delf.3.E. I ran the initial removal process and it rid of it. But when I go bac online AVG detects it again and quarantines it. How can I get rid of it permanently? Any suggestions? Thanks. Rubrami

This is not unusual with some malware. Re-run the malware bytes in SAFE mode and the trijan will be removed.
