Has anyone heard of the nasty program called DNS Changer? Information can be found at : dcwg.org. anyone who has more informastion please advise me. Thanks

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Are you infected? Or only looking for information?

The site you provided (along with many other's) only detects the infection. If you're intention is to remove it, I would first start with the below tool. It should detect and remove it.

Kaspersky's TDSSKiller - Instructions are listed below. (Additional instructions can be found here)
