Win 7 System Recovery Options (Help) Options are missing!!!

The F8 Startup Repair for windows 7 is the only option in the window save Shutting down and restarting, when normally there are 5 or 6 options including system restore and command prompt which CMD is the one I need as I cannot start windows even in safe mode. This forum won't be for that problem but just for the missing options in the system recovery window.

Here is a picture of what it's supposed to look like

This is our work computer and I need it to work! Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

P.S. If it helps in the operating system I could no longer open chrome or system restore and apps started asking for authorization again to access my networks and firewall and avast antivirus was turned off. Then after a couple of restarts I was able to get to this image I posted and try some CHKDSKs but it said the drive was protected I unprotected it and restarted againg and thats when this (missing options) happened.

For example many laptop (and other) makers curtail the options. They do not support repair of the OS but restoring from the factory image.

I had all the options availible earlier in ther day then suddenly there was only one. Even when booting from windows dvd it only shows 1 option!

Use recovery discs

It seems obvious but still mentioning it.

You need to provide us with some more information and since I still can not check your image, I am assuming to what happened to me with my Toshiba laptop which IMO has one of the worse recovery modules.

The HP image posted in this thread is an ideal screen you should get for your recovery but it has happened to me that my Toshiba just won't give me that option to recover from HDD, so I used my recovery discs to restore the machine.

I hope this helps (or may be talk to your system admin, may be you just don't have access!!)
