That depends.

If the PC included the disk, use that.
If it was a preinstalled trial without a disk, there are three things you can try. The success of #1 is not guaranteed. #2 and #3 should always work:
1. System Restore back to before the uninstall.
2. System recovery back to factory conditions (from a recovery disk that came with the PC or that you already made, or from the recovery partition).
3. Download the trial yourself from Microsoft.

However, if you already know you want to continue to use the program after the trial expires after 2 months or so, you can just as well buy the full version and install that. That can be done online (via Microsoft, then download) or via your favorite software shop as a disk.

A lot of unneeded programs. I had a lot of search sites, ask.com, Yahoo.com, eBay.com, Bing, Wikipedia.com, amazon.com, etc. I installed Google as my default search since there are 2 Bing searches on http://www.msn.com/. It was extranious junk. On the top row was listed the same there as Favorites Bar. Needless to say they are all gone and the Menu Bar and unchecked Favorites.
I had Blio, Newspaper direct, eBay, another Amazon.com, HP outlook, HP games and I ad a lot of cleanng to do, PDF Complete, Norton, NortnInstallFiles (good for 2 months), Microsoft Office Starter Kit, which was a joke unto itself since it is a trial only, 2 more eBays! and Barnes and Noble. Needless to say, I downloaded Comodo Internet Security, changed it some by disabling Sandbox and Defense+Security was changed into Training Mode. I had to update Adobe,Reader, flashplayer, Air; since Wndows Live Mail was such a problamtic, it was deleted and other items I found that replaced them was Mozilla Thunderbird, OpenOffice.org, some things were unchecked in that. I had an uninstall flashplayer to remove the one in the computer. Under swsetup was in Security was Symantec; under my name, Public was another Symantec. deleted an old Silverlight and installed a later version. A lot was to entice you into buying items.
