Multiplying Windows

At random intervals out of the blue I get multiplying pages or boxes. Sometime instead of multiplying I get shimmying for several minutes. Have Run several scans with McAfee total Protection but come up with nothing. Have also done several Factory reinstalls. have searched Microsoft but nothing completely matches. The only thing I have found is 9 copies of MOM.InstallPr.... plus one copy of MOM.exe. If this is the problem how to solve. Thanks I am running Windows 7 on a HP Pavilion desktop., Just did a restart and all copies of MOM.InstallPr..have disappeared.so what now?
