It says that because your window is not genuine.

You should try to install genuine window, or find a "crack or key" of window seven on net. this will help you a lot.

The correct will be there unless it is an OEM. Run Belarc Advisor and there are 2 different listings I have. One is the OEM. Darrell

I guess this issue could be because of two reasons.....You are using a trial version of Window and that is going to be expire soon that's why you getting pop ups. Now fixing this issue you should first try a repair setup for your computer, if still isn't work then give us a brief about your system how its start, how many options you need to press to start you machine n all.

At last, formatting is a proper fix with genuine version of OS.
