Windows 7 forum: cannot start win 7 after clean installation

cannot start win 7 after clean installation

i tried many time to reformat, then re-install win 7, pc re-started and stopped at the black screen with mouse cursor, i have tried F8 and start up repair, nothing helps.
Any suggestions.

Without make, model and more you could be repeating my story of trying to install Windows 7 on a machine that no one else found a way to run Windows 7.

That is, Windows 7 does not run on all computers.
