You'll need to wipe the drive, then install everything from scratch.. If the MS Office was part of the OEM package on a brand name computer, then you probably will need to purchase a retail installation CD. If you already have the retail CD, you should be able to install it and activate it, although in some cases, a phone call to Microsoft may be required to explain the situation.
Likewise with all the other third party software.. In addition, because you're installing Win7 from scratch, be sure to download all the appropriate hardware drivers for your computer model BEFORE doing the new install.. Looking in Device Manager of the current installation will tell you which drivers are necessary and should also tell you the manufacturer/provider for those drivers.. Be sure to get Win7 X64 supported drivers before performing the new installation. Depending on the specific computer, you may have difficulty finding the correct X64 drivers for your hardware.
