trying to reinstall techtracker and getting error maessage.

I'm trying to reinstall tech tracker on a new build AMD Phenom,Win7 64bit,and getting an error message-side by side connfiguration does not match.What is that?Where do I look?How do I fix so the program installs properly and runs right?Help!!!
