Looking for a password manager for Windows

I'm looking for a password manager for Windows that is similar to Wallet for the Mac.

It should be able to store usernames, passwords, and have fields for a website address and a "Notes" field. Just a separate program, not linked to any browsers.

Any ideas? Thanks.

My choioe for password storage is Roboform. This is a very complete storage app.
Not only will it store passwords, it will generate them for you, do form-filling and
automatically log you in to websites, but much more, as well.
I use the registered copy and have over 500 websites entered! This is over a few years, however. I also installed the free copy on my wife's laptop, since she has a limited number of items to remember.
It is a pleasure to see a full page form come up and with one keystroke, the complete form is filled!
